来自意大利南部那不勒斯,他一生中大半的时间都在世界各地度过;先后在英国、西班牙、葡萄牙等52个国家有过工作经验,走访多国和多年经营餐厅带给他无数珍贵的经验,结合各国不同的饮习惯,最终铸成现在属于他自己的独特烹饪格,凭借极高的烹饪素养和对材独到的理解,为不同国家的顾客创造与他们口味相符合的食物。
